Need to place a school order without online checkout?

Simply provide the following information on an official school letterhead or purchase order form:

  • Quantity Required

Streamlined Admin Orders

For central purchasing administrators, we offer convenient options to manage orders efficiently:

  • Order on behalf of multiple teachers: Simply create different shipping addresses during checkout, using the individual teacher's name in the Shipping Information. This allows you to manage the order while ensuring resources are delivered directly to the intended recipients.
  • School orders on payment terms: Provide your school's billing and delivery address during checkout. We will ship your order to the specified address and email a Tax Invoice to the provided email address for processing by your Accounts Department (within 14 days).

Empowering Teacher Orders with Approval

Facilitate individual teacher requests with our easy quoting system:

  • Teachers can create their own wishlists by adding products to their cart and selecting "Create Quote" on the basket page.
  • The school administrator can then review and approve the quote by logging into their account and navigating to the "My Quotes" section.
  • Once approved, the quote can be easily converted into an order with a simple click, ready for payment.
  • Important Note: For school orders on payment terms, delivery must be to the school address. However, the quoting system allows for individual teacher names in the shipping information for centrally managed purchases.
