The Our Australia series offers insights into what has made Australia the country that it is today. These insights include Australians famous for innovations, inventions, exploits and skills, and important events in Australia’s history that allow us to gain an understanding of how and why our country has developed. Also included are cultural events that have helped shape and create the nation we know today.

The Our Australia series is an excellent new multimedia resource for the classroom. The series is to be used with the accompanying CD, which aims to enhance students’ understanding of the contents by providing the information in an interesting multimedia format. Links to relevant websites have been included where appropriate.
