They will discover and learn effective mental computation strategies as they assist their child to confidently embrace their natural maths ability.

The strategies in this book are presented in the same order that children encounter them in school, from Year 1 to Year 4. They each include a colourful illustration and a brief description, followed by games to play with the children to demonstrate how the strategy works. Each different strategy should be introduced in the same order as the book, which follows a carefully constructed developmental sequence.
